Today we open the doors of Courseware for Nigeria Students (CNS), a national platform built to put high-quality, NUC-aligned learning materials in the hands of every Nigerian student, no matter which university they attend or where in the country they live.
What CNS is
CNS is a centralised digital portal carrying vetted course materials for tertiary institutions across Nigeria. Every course we publish is mapped to the National Universities Commission's CCMAS (Core Curriculum and Minimum Academic Standards) framework, approved in 2022.
Why now
Nigeria's universities serve nearly two million undergraduates across 276 institutions. Quality of teaching, access to materials, and depth of coursework vary widely. CNS exists to flatten that variance, so a first-year economics student in Sokoto has the same baseline material as one in Lagos.
